Talentate Visual Memory Test is a test applied by HR departments to measure visual memory skills of candidates during recruitment and promotion processes. With this test, skills of candidates like visual memory, attention and to notice and remember details are measured. In the content of the test, there are questions about quick identification and recall of figural visuals.
The test can be used in assistant specialist, specialist, and first-level manager positions in departments such as Quality, Production, and Engineering, and also in blue-collar positions working in some specific jobs where it is important to work carefully, to comprehend shapes quickly and to keep them in mind.
In the test, which has a duration of 5 minutes and consists of 15 questions, the questions are directed to the candidates from among the defined booklets. The test is administered online.
