Talentate Numerical Reasoning Test is a test applied by HR departments to measure the analytical skills of candidates during recruitment and talent management processes. With the test, the candidates' quantitative reasoning, mathematical knowledge, problem solving, and logical skill development qualities are measured. The test includes questions about making sense of numbers, interpreting numbers, and critical thinking based on numbers.
The test can be used for positions in departments such as Accounting, Finance, and Production at assistant specialist, specialist, and first level manager levels, where it is important to be able to work with numbers, to see the relationships between numbers, to easily correlate between numbers and to make logical analyzes at numerical level.
In the test, which has a duration of 12 minutes and consists of 20 questions, the questions are randomly directed to the candidates from within the pool according to the defined test rule (according to different defined difficulty levels). The test is administered online.
